When pace cars go horribly wrong: a collection of ?safe? wrecks

As we wait for the Watkins Glen race to start, let’s take just a quick moment to see how sometimes the pace car and safety car don’t much help. Not only that, they can make things much, much worse. This one takes awhile to get going, but it’s worth it once it does:

Always wanted to drive a pace car myself. After that, I may table that dream for a bit.
